开展“传帮带” 助力青年教师健康成长
——西南科技大学关工委实施“青蓝工程”纪实
西南科技大学关工委成立23年来,在学校党委行政领导下,在上级关工委指导下,以“立德树人”为使命,牢牢把握大学生思想政治教育和青年教师培养这一主线,以培育和践行社会主义核心价值观为核心,以树立正确的世界观、人生观、价值观为重点,根据大学生和青年教师的特点和实际需要出发,组织广大离退休老同志,配合主渠道,开展了形式多样的教育关爱活动。这里,仅记述了学校关工委在实施“青蓝工程”的具体做法和效果。
一、实施“青蓝工程”,学校关工委的优势和责任
(一)学校青年教师的特点与需求
随着学校的快速发展,高校青年教师的比例逐年提高,我校35岁以下的青年教师已占到教师总数的三分之一左右。要做好青年教师培养工作,就要了解他们的优势和不足,分析他们的特点和需求。
青年教师大多是刚毕业或工作时间不长的博士或硕士研究生,他们学历层次高,思维活跃,成就动机强;专业基础理论扎实,接受新事物的能力强;师生年龄相差不大,容易与学生形成“亦师亦友”的良好关系;他们工作积极性高,对高校教育工作充满热情,有做好高校教学科研工作的基础和信念。但是他们当中大多数都没有经过系统的教育教学培训,角色适应较困难;他们大多是“走出校门又进入校门”,人生观和价值观呈现多元化趋势,奉献意识和敬业精神尚需进一步增强;他们的学术科研处于起步阶段,教学经验普遍缺乏,但他们大多又承担了较繁重的教学和科研任务。加上青年教师在学历提升、职称晋升和聘任、业务考核等方面与老教师相比面临着更大的压力。因此,青年教师渴望在教书育人、业务能力提升等方面得到老教师的关心和帮助。
(二)学校关工委的优势与责任
学校关工委老同志是曾经长期从事教学、科研工作的老教师、老专家或高校管理工作的老党员、老干部,他们懂教育、善教育、会教育,他们在青年教师培养,开展传帮带上具有师德、经验、威望、时空和亲情等五大优势。青年教师是高等教育的希望和未来,是学校发展的希望和未来。学校关工委配合主渠道,充分发挥老教师在教书育人和教学、科研、管理方面的五大优势,薪火相传,以老带新,帮助青年教师加强师德修养、提高业务能力、指导职业规划,是学校关工委老同志义不容辞的责任,也非常必要,不可替代。
二、实施“青蓝工程”,我校关工委的做法与效果
学校关工委自1993年成立之时起,就以“立德树人”为已任,急党政所急,想青年大学生和青年教师所需,尽关工委所能。配合主渠道,在开展大学生思想政治教育的同时,在青年教师中开展“传、帮、带”,积极参与青年教师培养工作。
(一)以“忘年交”为载体,在师德师风上“传、帮、带”
关工委老教师对党的教育事业忠心耿耿,兢兢业业,对青年教师的健康成长有着高度的责任感。他们通过参与教学督导,与青年教师发展为“忘年交”,成为良师益友。他们以身作则,言传身教,以自己丰富的人生阅历、高尚的师德和渊博的学识去影响和教育青年教师,赢得了青年教师的尊敬和信赖。法学院青年教师、副院长刘永强在《我心目中的关工委老人们》一文中写道:“看到这位白发苍苍的老人听课后留下的一本本笔记、悉心指导青年教师的身影,我被深深地感动了。这是一位老教师的人格魅力所在,是我们的楷模!我们有什么理由不把工作做好呢。”青年教师谭永在关工委老教师的帮助下进步很快,深受学生欢迎,结婚时,专门请她的“忘年交”老教师代她远方的父母作她的家长。
(二)参与教学督导,在教学上“传、帮、带”
关工委参与教学督导工作始于1996年的“两课”督导,1997年学校成立教学巡视组,校关工委推荐了15位老教师参与。1998年起学校成立教学督导专家组,现在改名为学校教学督导委员会,校关工委先后组织了近60名老专家参与其中,关工委老同志成了学校教学督导的主要力量。他们围绕提高教育教学质量和培养指导青年教师这一核心,做了大量工作。
一是开展专项督导和常规督导检查。仅2014、2015年,学校教学督导委老教师深入课堂听课达4997人次,2014年检查了理论课、实验课、实习、设计等教学环节2877份教学大纲,教学课件1680份,试卷1030份,覆盖全校全部16个学院的所有专业。参加毕业答辩,参与期末考试巡视,配合学校抓考风考纪,以此作为立德树人、强化学风建设的重要之举。
二(er)是在(zai)开展教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)督导(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)过程中(zhong),注意师(shi)(shi)(shi)德(de)师(shi)(shi)(shi)风建(jian)设,对教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)过程中(zhong)发现的(de)(de)问(wen)题(ti),及时(shi)、中(zhong)肯(ken)地向主讲教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)(shi)(shi)提(ti)出意见和建(jian)议,并给予悉(xi)心(xin)指(zhi)导(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)和帮(bang)助(zhu)。督导(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)过程中(zhong),重视青(qing)(qing)年(nian)(nian)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)培养培训(xun)工(gong)作(zuo),许多(duo)督导(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)成员担(dan)任学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院青(qing)(qing)年(nian)(nian)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)指(zhi)导(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)(shi)(shi),通过导(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)师(shi)(shi)(shi)制传帮(bang)带(dai)的(de)(de)形式,引导(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)青(qing)(qing)年(nian)(nian)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)(shi)(shi)加强教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育理论学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)习、转变教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)思想、创新教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)方法,促进(jin)其尽快(kuai)成长。如吕维平(ping)老师(shi)(shi)(shi)刚退休就参(can)与学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)督导(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)工(gong)作(zuo),当他了解到(dao)学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院新进(jin)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)(shi)(shi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)问(wen)题(ti)较多(duo)时(shi),主动要求(qiu)指(zhi)导(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)本学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院新进(jin)的(de)(de)三位博士,言传身教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao),帮(bang)助(zhu)他们尽快(kuai)站稳(wen)讲台。毛(mao)祥庆等老师(shi)(shi)(shi)担(dan)任制造学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院青(qing)(qing)年(nian)(nian)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)(shi)(shi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)艺术提(ti)升班(ban)三位青(qing)(qing)年(nian)(nian)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)指(zhi)导(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)(shi)(shi),通过这种(zhong)责任到(dao)人的(de)(de)传帮(bang)带(dai)模式,青(qing)(qing)年(nian)(nian)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)(shi)(shi)培养工(gong)作(zuo)成效明显。
三是老教(jiao)师们(men)还特别注重(zhong)与学(xue)生(sheng)的(de)(de)交流,关注学(xue)生(sheng)的(de)(de)学(xue)习态度和(he)(he)学(xue)习热(re)情,帮助(zhu)解(jie)决学(xue)生(sheng)学(xue)习过程中遇到的(de)(de)问题和(he)(he)困(kun)难(nan),对学(xue)生(sheng)提出的(de)(de)意见(jian)、建议(yi)及(ji)时向学(xue)校(xiao)、学(xue)院反映,协助(zhu)解(jie)决。
四是各二级关工委组织老教师坚持参与学院(部)教学督导和青年教师培养工作。学校老领导陈思哲教授年逾八旬,仍然以率先垂范的实际行动推进法学院的“青蓝工程”。土建学院关工委组织4位老教师,长期参与教学督导,2015年度听课范围覆盖了学院全体在岗教师,并对申报年度优秀教学奖励的76名教师进行跟踪式听课,抽查了124门课程的试卷,并作出评价,优秀率达85%;制造学院请督导专家对教学问题较多的青年教师进行一对一的定人帮扶,成效明显。
(三)参与青年教师培训,在提升综合素质上“传、帮、带”
一是倡导成立学校青年教师培训学校。2001年,在校关工委倡导下,学校成立了青年教师培训学校,由校关工委常务副主任彭启瑞担任常务副校长,选派得力的退休教师负责教务管理工作,参加培训学校授课的教师中,2/3是退休老教师,先后举办了15期,培训青年教师、辅导员和教学管理人员近1400人次。
二是组织实施学校教师培训工程。2005年,学校为迎接本科教学水平评估,由退休老领导万朴教授牵头,组织一批退休老同志承担了作为学校教学评估十大工程之一的教师培训工程,先后对95名骨干教师和399名中青年教师进行了五个阶段、六个环节的培训。
三是在《高等学校教师职业道德规范》颁发后,学校关工委组织老教师年年为新教师上岗集中培训上课,如学校老领导姚荣东教授、朱强研究员坚持为新教师培训宣讲教师职业道德,介绍校情校史,宣讲学校精神等。
四是各二级关工委积极参与学院的教师基本技能培训工作。如,土木学院关工委周润宇、何玉璧等老教师配合学院,先后举办了7期教师培训班。生命学院关工委康德灿教授在参加经管学院教学督导中,发掘了教学技艺精湛的青年教师苗译丹,于是他组织生命学院多位青年教师前去观摩学习。他将自己保存的精美幻灯片模板、课件、教案提供给青年教师参考借鉴。
通过举(ju)办青(qing)年(nian)教(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)培训(xun)班,不仅(jin)提高了(le)青(qing)年(nian)教(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)的(de)教(jiao)(jiao)学水(shui)平,更(geng)重要(yao)的(de)是(shi)提升了(le)青(qing)年(nian)教(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)教(jiao)(jiao)书育人的(de)综合(he)素质(zhi)。受(shou)到培训(xun)的(de)青(qing)年(nian)教(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)反(fan)响强烈,许多人用“受(shou)益匪浅”、“及时雨”、“最宝(bao)贵的(de)一课”、“一次洗礼”等(deng)热情(qing)称赞(zan)。一位川(chuan)大毕业来校任教(jiao)(jiao)的(de)青(qing)年(nian)教(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)在心得体会中(zhong)写道:“无(wu)限感激几位恩师(shi)对我(wo)的(de)教(jiao)(jiao)诲,不仅(jin)是(shi)执业培训(xun),更(geng)是(shi)人生教(jiao)(jiao)导”,等(deng)等(deng)。
(四)加强学术指导,在提升科研能力上“传、帮、带”
提升青年教师的科研能力是高校所承担的社会职能所决定的。不少老教授、老专家与青年教师一帮一,负责教学和科研引导,使其尽快涉足科研领域,掌握科研要领,尤其是对如何确立研究方向,撰写项目申请书等。如学校老领导楚士晋研究员,退休近10年,一直坚持在科研一线指导青年教师,参与科研工作。他指导的青年教师彭汝芳博士,先后主持国家863、973、国家自然科学基金等科研项目12项,是四川省学术与技术带头人,四川省三八红旗手,学校最年轻的博导之一。理学院聘请中国科大退休教师、我国知名的物理学家汪克林教授、电子科大退休教师胡思福教授来学院组建物理学科团队,指导学科专业建设,培养青年教师,刘涛、廖绪等一批中青年教师在他们指导下,学术上取了得突出的研究成果。退休教师刘继光教授经常出面与企业和政府联系,为青年教师架起科研合作与业务交流的桥梁。退休教师张志呈教授参与采矿学科团队的科研攻关难题,获得了多项省级科技进步奖,参与、指导青年教师出版学术专著8部,等等。
(五(wu))关注(zhu)辅导员(yuan)队伍建设,开(kai)展“传、帮、带(dai)”
学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生辅(fu)(fu)导(dao)员(yuan)(yuan)是高(gao)校教(jiao)(jiao)师队(dui)(dui)伍和(he)(he)管理队(dui)(dui)伍的(de)重要组(zu)成(cheng)部分,而我校的(de)辅(fu)(fu)导(dao)员(yuan)(yuan)队(dui)(dui)伍偏于年轻化,工(gong)作经验相对(dui)不足,需要关(guan)工(gong)委(wei)老(lao)同(tong)志格外(wai)关(guan)注(zhu)。文(wen)艺学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)等(deng)二级关(guan)工(gong)委(wei)组(zu)织老(lao)教(jiao)(jiao)师参与(yu)辅(fu)(fu)导(dao)员(yuan)(yuan)队(dui)(dui)伍培训和(he)(he)指导(dao)工(gong)作。张永(yong)康老(lao)师定(ding)期与(yu)辅(fu)(fu)导(dao)员(yuan)(yuan)一起研讨工(gong)作,探讨新形势(shi)下(xia)如何做(zuo)好对(dui)青年学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生的(de)教(jiao)(jiao)育和(he)(he)服务工(gong)作,对(dui)重要的(de)学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生教(jiao)(jiao)育平台(tai)如主题班会(hui)的(de)组(zu)织、策(ce)划、效果等(deng)进(jin)行深入分析,帮助辅(fu)(fu)导(dao)员(yuan)(yuan)提高(gao)运用学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生主题班会(hui)等(deng)活动对(dui)大学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生进(jin)行社会(hui)主义(yi)核心价值(zhi)观教(jiao)(jiao)育的(de)能力(li)。
(六)利用关工委教育网站对青年教师“传、帮、带”
随着信息化的迅猛推进,互联网已成为青年人的首选和“最爱”。理学院关工委乔生炳老师于2001年创建了“乔老师在线”网站,开始在网上对青年教师指导,解答学生对《大学物理》课中的疑难问题,后来逐渐演变成为与青年师生交流学习、生活和思想的阵地。2013年校关工委网站与“乔老师在线”合并为校关工委教育网站。设立了“主题教育”、“新生导航”、“学业事业”、“青蓝工程”、“道德法律”等18个栏目。“乔老师在线”作为一个有影响力的品牌栏目纳入了校关工委网站中。“乔老师在线”运行十余年,一批“乔老师”通过网络互动,为青年师生答疑解惑,耗费了大量心血,受到了广大网友的青睐,访问率已达10多万人次。此栏目成果曾获四川省教学成果奖。2015年(nian)校关工委(wei)(wei)教育网站获(huo)得全国教育系统“基层教育关工委(wei)(wei)优秀(xiu)网站”二(er)等奖。
通过以上工作,增强了青年教师教书育人的责任感和使命感,师德师风得到了加强,教风学风明显好转,教学质量稳步提升。老教师在教学督导和青年教师培养过程中发挥了不可替代的重要作用。
三、实施“青蓝工程”,建立长效机制
习近平总(zong)(zong)书(shu)(shu)记2014年教(jiao)师(shi)(shi)节在(zai)北京师(shi)(shi)大提出(chu)(chu)了好老(lao)师(shi)(shi)的(de)4个共同特质:“做好老(lao)师(shi)(shi),要有(you)理想信念,要有(you)道德(de)情操,要有(you)扎(zha)实学(xue)识(shi),要有(you)仁(ren)爱(ai)之心(xin)”。他在(zai)中(zhong)关(guan)工(gong)委(wei)成(cheng)(cheng)立25周(zhou)年的(de)指(zhi)(zhi)示(shi)(shi)中(zhong)指(zhi)(zhi)出(chu)(chu),关(guan)工(gong)委(wei)要“坚持服务青(qing)少(shao)年的(de)正确方(fang)向(xiang),着力加强(qiang)青(qing)少(shao)年思想道德(de)建设”,“支持和帮助青(qing)少(shao)年成(cheng)(cheng)长成(cheng)(cheng)才”。习总(zong)(zong)书(shu)(shu)记的(de)指(zhi)(zhi)示(shi)(shi)充分体现了中(zhong)央对青(qing)少(shao)年成(cheng)(cheng)长发展、对关(guan)心(xin)下(xia)一代工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)的(de)高度重(zhong)视,也为做好关(guan)心(xin)下(xia)一代工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)指(zhi)(zhi)明了方(fang)向(xiang)。为此,就进一步(bu)做好学(xue)校青(qing)年教(jiao)师(shi)(shi)培养工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)提出(chu)(chu)如下(xia)建议。
(一)做好顶层(ceng)设计,加(jia)强(qiang)协(xie)调配合
关工委做好参与青年教师培养工作,需要学校相关部门和学院的支持与配合。纵向上,学校分管领导要组织关工委和相关部门做好这项工作的顶层设计,要指导相关部门和学院给关工委提需求,提任务,并为关工委开展相关工作搭建平台,创造条件。校、院两级关工委要清楚在哪些方面、哪些环节参与工作。横向上,关工委要与学校教师发展中心、教务处、高考评估中心、校工会及学院,搞好协调配合工作,形成合力,共同做好青年教师培养工作。
(二)建立健全校、院两级培训机制
我校(xiao)关工(gong)(gong)(gong)委参(can)与学(xue)校(xiao)教(jiao)学(xue)督导(dao)和(he)(he)青(qing)年教(jiao)师培(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)养工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)已20年,倡导(dao)并(bing)配(pei)合(he)学(xue)校(xiao)开办(ban)了(le)教(jiao)师培(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)训(xun)(xun)学(xue)校(xiao),开展(zhan)(zhan)了(le)教(jiao)师培(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)训(xun)(xun)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng),以及参(can)与学(xue)校(xiao)新教(jiao)师培(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)训(xun)(xun)和(he)(he)各学(xue)院(yuan)青(qing)年教(jiao)师培(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)训(xun)(xun)等工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo),发(fa)挥了(le)不(bu)(bu)可替代(dai)的(de)作(zuo)用(yong),创造、积累了(le)不(bu)(bu)少经(jing)验。但这种培(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)训(xun)(xun)并(bing)不(bu)(bu)系(xi)统,不(bu)(bu)完整,尚未形(xing)成(cheng)制度,还不(bu)(bu)完全适(shi)应当前青(qing)年教(jiao)师发(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)的(de)需求。因(yin)此,应在学(xue)校(xiao)层面成(cheng)立(li)(li)由学(xue)校(xiao)分管领导(dao)负责、相(xiang)关职能部门和(he)(he)关工(gong)(gong)(gong)委参(can)加(jia)的(de)教(jiao)师培(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)训(xun)(xun)学(xue)校(xiao)(中心),负责对教(jiao)师(特别(bie)是青(qing)年教(jiao)师)师德(de)师风、教(jiao)书育人、教(jiao)学(xue)技能、科研学(xue)术(shu)等进(jin)行(xing)较系(xi)统的(de)培(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)训(xun)(xun),并(bing)长期坚持下去(qu)。各学(xue)院(yuan)(部)根(gen)据学(xue)科专业特点和(he)(he)发(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)需要,坚持开展(zhan)(zhan)相(xiang)应的(de)培(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)训(xun)(xun)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo),建立(li)(li)起校(xiao)、院(yuan)两级青(qing)年教(jiao)师培(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)训(xun)(xun)机制。
(三)弘扬“五老精神”,加强自身建设
新(xin)(xin)(xin)形势下,校关(guan)工(gong)委(wei)要进一步弘(hong)扬“忠诚、关(guan)爱、创(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)、奉献”的(de)“五老(lao)精(jing)神(shen)”,充分发挥(hui)“五老(lao)”作(zuo)用。工(gong)作(zuo)中(zhong),要围(wei)绕中(zhong)心(xin),配合(he)补(bu)充,做到“不(bu)缺(que)位、不(bu)越(yue)位、不(bu)错位”,在青年(nian)教师(shi)成长过程中(zhong)甘为人梯和“铺路石”。同时,关(guan)工(gong)委(wei)老(lao)同志不(bu)仅需要依靠多年(nian)学识(shi)的(de)积累、经验的(de)感悟和人生的(de)体会去引导(dao)、教育青年(nian),还需要加强(qiang)学习,与(yu)时俱进,不(bu)断创(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin),自我(wo)完善,站在更高、更新(xin)(xin)(xin)、更全的(de)角(jiao)度,去帮助、指导(dao)青年(nian)教师(shi)全面发展。
“青(qing)(qing)(qing)蓝工(gong)程”的(de)(de)关爱对象是广大青(qing)(qing)(qing)年教(jiao)师(shi)(shi),同时,也间接地(di)关心、帮助成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)千上(shang)万(wan)大学生的(de)(de)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)长成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)才。因此,实施“青(qing)(qing)(qing)蓝工(gong)程”,是从源(yuan)头(tou)上(shang)关心下一代的(de)(de)基础性工(gong)作(zuo)。做好(hao)青(qing)(qing)(qing)年教(jiao)师(shi)(shi)培养工(gong)作(zuo),进而做好(hao)全校(xiao)关心下一代工(gong)作(zuo),责任重大,使(shi)命光荣。需要校(xiao)、院党政领导的(de)(de)高(gao)度重视,需要学校(xiao)各部门(men)的(de)(de)大力支(zhi)持,更需要关工(gong)委老同志的(de)(de)积极(ji)参与(yu),主动(dong)作(zuo)为(wei),共同为(wei)青(qing)(qing)(qing)年教(jiao)师(shi)(shi)和青(qing)(qing)(qing)年大学生成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)长成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)才做出新的(de)(de)贡献。

南充(chong)市教(jiao)育(yu)系统关工(gong)委(wei)工(gong)作(zuo)在市教(jiao)体局(ju)党委(wei)的正(zheng)确领导(dao)下,在省(sheng)教(jiao)育(yu)厅(ting)关工(gong)委(wei)和市关工(gong)委(wei)的有力(li)指导(dao)下,按照“围绕中心,配合(he)补充(chong),因地制(zhi)宜,量(liang)力(li)而(er)为,立足(zu)基层,注重(zhong)实效”的工(gong)作(zuo)方(fang)针,坚持以社会主义核心价(jia)值观为引领,牢牢把握立德树人的根本任务(wu),发(fa)挥“五老(lao)”的力(li)量(liang),围绕育(yu)人中心,服务(wu)教(jiao)育(yu)大局(ju),突出重(zhong)点(dian),主动(dong)作(zuo)为,不(bu)断推进关心下一(yi)代(dai)工(gong)作(zuo)创新(xin)发(fa)展,为进一(yi)步(bu)做好关心下一(yi)代(dai)工(gong)作(zuo)做出了(le)新(xin)努力(li),取得(de)了(le)较(jiao)好的成绩。
一、完善组织领导机制,发挥“主体”作用。
一(yi)是狠(hen)抓班(ban)(ban)子建设(she),落实(shi)关(guan)(guan)工(gong)委(wei)组(zu)(zu)织领(ling)导。教育部党(dang)组(zu)(zu)教党(dang)〔2009〕20号文(wen)件下发后,教体(ti)(ti)局(ju)党(dang)委(wei)认真学(xue)(xue)习(xi)贯彻落实(shi),几年(nian)中三次(ci)调整补充市教育关(guan)(guan)心下一(yi)代(dai)工(gong)作(zuo)委(wei)员会的领(ling)导班(ban)(ban)子,以老同志为主(zhu)体(ti)(ti),配(pei)齐(qi)了(le)(le)主(zhu)任、常务(wu)副主(zhu)任、顾问、执行主(zhu)任和(he)秘(mi)书长,以及相关(guan)(guan)科室和(he)直属学(xue)(xue)校负责(ze)人为主(zhu)体(ti)(ti)的十(shi)多位(wei)委(wei)员,健全了(le)(le)市教育关(guan)(guan)工(gong)委(wei)领(ling)导班(ban)(ban)子。各(ge)县(xian)(市、区)教育局(ju)按照(zhao)市上的要求,层层落实(shi),从局(ju)到(dao)督(du)(du)导组(zu)(zu),再到(dao)学(xue)(xue)校,配(pei)齐(qi)了(le)(le)关(guan)(guan)工(gong)委(wei)的领(ling)导职数,营山等县(xian)教育局(ju)党(dang)委(wei)还把各(ge)级(ji)关(guan)(guan)工(gong)委(wei)班(ban)(ban)子建设(she)纳(na)入(ru)局(ju)里人事管理,全县(xian)“三级(ji)”关(guan)(guan)工(gong)委(wei)班(ban)(ban)子都(dou)(dou)由局(ju)里统(tong)一(yi)发文(wen)任免。现在全市9县(xian)(市、区)教(科)局(ju)、800多所(suo)中小学(xue)(xue)、幼儿(er)园(公(gong)办)和(he)片区教育督(du)(du)导组(zu)(zu)都(dou)(dou)已建立了(le)(le)关(guan)(guan)工(gong)委(wei)组(zu)(zu)织,运(yun)作(zuo)协(xie)调良好(hao),工(gong)作(zuo)成(cheng)效显著。
二(er)是(shi)狠抓(zhua)队(dui)伍(wu)(wu)(wu)建(jian)(jian)设(she),落实(shi)“五(wu)老(lao)(lao)”主体作(zuo)用。关(guan)工(gong)(gong)委是(shi)以离退休(xiu)老(lao)(lao)同(tong)(tong)(tong)志(zhi)为(wei)主体,有(you)在职同(tong)(tong)(tong)志(zhi)参(can)(can)加的(de)群众(zhong)性工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)组织(zhi)(zhi),因此(ci)我们(men)(men)以“核心、骨干、参(can)(can)与(yu)”三支(zhi)(zhi)队(dui)伍(wu)(wu)(wu)为(wei)要求(qiu),加强(qiang)了(le)(le)“五(wu)老(lao)(lao)”队(dui)伍(wu)(wu)(wu)建(jian)(jian)设(she)。积极吸纳具备条件的(de)老(lao)(lao)同(tong)(tong)(tong)志(zhi)参(can)(can)加到关(guan)心下一代工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)队(dui)伍(wu)(wu)(wu)中(zhong)来,从(cong)政治上(shang)、工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)上(shang)、生活上(shang)关(guan)心爱护,努力为(wei)老(lao)(lao)同(tong)(tong)(tong)志(zhi)发(fa)挥作(zuo)用搭建(jian)(jian)平台,提供方(fang)便(bian),搞好服务(wu),从(cong)而营造了(le)(le)一个重视关(guan)工(gong)(gong)委工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)的(de)良好氛围。我们(men)(men)推广了(le)(le)西充、南部(bu)、嘉陵关(guan)工(gong)(gong)委与(yu)离退休(xiu)教师协(xie)会相结合,以及蓬(peng)安县的(de)老(lao)(lao)同(tong)(tong)(tong)志(zhi)动(dong)员、说服、带动(dong)、组织(zhi)(zhi)老(lao)(lao)同(tong)(tong)(tong)志(zhi)的(de)办(ban)法(fa),在全市(shi)建(jian)(jian)设(she)了(le)(le)一支(zhi)(zhi)专(zhuan)兼结合、素(su)质较高、人(ren)(ren)数众(zhong)多、覆盖面广的(de)“五(wu)老(lao)(lao)”队(dui)伍(wu)(wu)(wu),现在全市(shi)教育系统参(can)(can)加关(guan)工(gong)(gong)委活动(dong)的(de)老(lao)(lao)同(tong)(tong)(tong)志(zhi)达8530人(ren)(ren),其中(zhong)骨干2698人(ren)(ren)。他(ta)们(men)(men)忠诚敬(jing)业,关(guan)爱后代,务(wu)实(shi)创新,无私奉(feng)献(xian),受人(ren)(ren)尊敬(jing)。
三(san)是狠(hen)抓制(zhi)度建设,落实关(guan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)委(wei)规范(fan)管(guan)理。这(zhei)些年(nian)(nian),我们狠(hen)抓了关(guan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)委(wei)的(de)制(zhi)度建设,使(shi)关(guan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)委(wei)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作逐步做到了有(you)章(zhang)可循,有(you)据可考,有(you)法可依。全市(shi)对(dui)关(guan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)委(wei)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作基本做到了“四纳入”(工(gong)(gong)(gong)作纳入计划、办事机构纳入科室序列、年(nian)(nian)终纳入考核评估、经费纳入统(tong)一安排),建立起了教育(yu)系(xi)统(tong)关(guan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)委(wei)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作的(de)长效运行机制(zhi)。
二、狠抓基层组织建设,全面创建“六好”关工委。
按照(zhao)省(sheng)、市(shi)关(guan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)委(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作部署,我们(men)在教育(yu)(yu)(yu)系统全(quan)(quan)面开展创(chuang)建(jian)(jian)六(liu)好(hao)关(guan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)委(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)活动(dong),加强了(le)基层(ceng)学(xue)校(xiao)关(guan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)委(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)的(de)(de)组(zu)织、思想(xiang)、制度、队伍建(jian)(jian)设,开展了(le)很(hen)多(duo)社会(hui)效益(yi)很(hen)好(hao)的(de)(de)教育(yu)(yu)(yu)活动(dong)。积极(ji)创(chuang)建(jian)(jian)学(xue)习型、服务型、创(chuang)新(xin)型关(guan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)委(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)组(zu)织,形成了(le)一只专兼结合、家庭教育(yu)(yu)(yu)经验丰富、乐于奉献的(de)(de)关(guan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)委(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)队伍。现(xian)在我市(shi)已有(you)6000多(duo)位(wei)教育(yu)(yu)(yu)战线的(de)(de)老同(tong)志活跃在关(guan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)委(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)和家庭教育(yu)(yu)(yu)第一线。同(tong)时(shi)按照(zhao)省(sheng)、市(shi)两(liang)级关(guan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)委(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)的(de)(de)要求,我们(men)认真(zhen)调查(cha)研究(jiu),加强督(du)促检查(cha),及时(shi)总结经验,推(tui)广先(xian)进(jin)典型,现(xian)在全(quan)(quan)市(shi)已有(you)近50%的(de)(de)基层(ceng)关(guan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)委(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)达(da)到了(le)“六(liu)好(hao)”关(guan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)委(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)的(de)(de)标(biao)准,力(li)争2016年有(you)60%的(de)(de)基层(ceng)学(xue)校(xiao)关(guan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)委(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)达(da)到省(sheng)上要求的(de)(de)“六(liu)好(hao)”标(biao)准。
三、开展主题教育活动,深化学校德育工作。
我(wo)(wo)们(men)把主(zhu)题(ti)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)活动(dong)(dong)(dong)作(zuo)为(wei)(wei)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)系(xi)统关(guan)工(gong)(gong)委(wei)(wei)的(de)(de)重要(yao)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)平(ping)台,在(zai)(zai)广(guang)大青(qing)(qing)(qing)少(shao)年(nian)(nian)学(xue)(xue)生中大力弘扬社(she)会主(zhu)义核心价(jia)值观的(de)(de)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)。一(yi)是(shi)组织“五(wu)老(lao)”宣(xuan)讲(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)团进(jin)校(xiao)园巡回演(yan)(yan)(yan)讲(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang),对(dui)学(xue)(xue)生进(jin)行(xing)(xing)革命传统教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)、形势教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)、励志教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)、行(xing)(xing)为(wei)(wei)习(xi)惯养成教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)、理想信念教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu),法制教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)等,受教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)的(de)(de)青(qing)(qing)(qing)少(shao)年(nian)(nian)达数十(shi)万之众;二是(shi)开(kai)展五(wu)好(hao)小(xiao)公民读(du)(du)(du)书(shu)(shu)主(zhu)题(ti)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)活动(dong)(dong)(dong),我(wo)(wo)市(shi)(shi)已连续多(duo)年(nian)(nian)组织参(can)(can)加了(le)(le)(le)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)部关(guan)工(gong)(gong)委(wei)(wei)主(zhu)办的(de)(de)全国(guo)青(qing)(qing)(qing)少(shao)年(nian)(nian)“五(wu)好(hao)小(xiao)公民”主(zhu)题(ti)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)读(du)(du)(du)书(shu)(shu)活动(dong)(dong)(dong),通(tong)过阅读(du)(du)(du)优秀读(du)(du)(du)本(ben)、撰写征文、参(can)(can)加实践(jian)、演(yan)(yan)(yan)讲(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)竞赛(sai)等活动(dong)(dong)(dong),使广(guang)大青(qing)(qing)(qing)少(shao)年(nian)(nian)深受教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu),培(pei)养了(le)(le)(le)学(xue)(xue)生良好(hao)的(de)(de)道(dao)(dao)德(de)情操,激(ji)发了(le)(le)(le)学(xue)(xue)生热爱祖国(guo),报效(xiao)国(guo)家(jia)的(de)(de)激(ji)越情怀(huai)。2011-2013年(nian)(nian)全市(shi)(shi)有23万中小(xiao)学(xue)(xue)参(can)(can)加了(le)(le)(le)《光(guang)辉的(de)(de)旗帜》、《文明美德(de)伴(ban)我(wo)(wo)行(xing)(xing)》、《复兴中华,从我(wo)(wo)做起》三届读(du)(du)(du)书(shu)(shu)征文活动(dong)(dong)(dong)。2014-2015年(nian)(nian)度我(wo)(wo)市(shi)(shi)有68000名中小(xiao)学(xue)(xue)生参(can)(can)加全国(guo)青(qing)(qing)(qing)少(shao)年(nian)(nian)五(wu)好(hao)小(xiao)公民《少(shao)年(nian)(nian)向上,真善美伴(ban)我(wo)(wo)行(xing)(xing)》主(zhu)题(ti)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)读(du)(du)(du)书(shu)(shu)活动(dong)(dong)(dong),在(zai)(zai)各(ge)县市(shi)(shi)区、学(xue)(xue)校(xiao)层层开(kai)展读(du)(du)(du)书(shu)(shu)、征文和演(yan)(yan)(yan)讲(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)比赛(sai)的(de)(de)基础上,各(ge)县市(shi)(shi)区推(tui)选中学(xue)(xue)和小(xiao)学(xue)(xue)各(ge)一(yi)名学(xue)(xue)生参(can)(can)赛(sai)。我(wo)(wo)们(men)会同市(shi)(shi)关(guan)工(gong)(gong)委(wei)(wei)、市(shi)(shi)妇联(lian)在(zai)(zai)市(shi)(shi)上联(lian)合举办全市(shi)(shi)主(zhu)题(ti)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)读(du)(du)(du)书(shu)(shu)征文演(yan)(yan)(yan)讲(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)比赛(sai),优胜者被送到参(can)(can)加全国(guo)演(yan)(yan)(yan)讲(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)决赛(sai)。整(zheng)个(ge)演(yan)(yan)(yan)讲(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)比赛(sai)效(xiao)果很好(hao),演(yan)(yan)(yan)讲(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)比赛(sai)现(xian)场南充(chong)电视台作(zuo)了(le)(le)(le)全程摄像和报道(dao)(dao)。我(wo)(wo)市(shi)(shi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)体(ti)局关(guan)工(gong)(gong)委(wei)(wei)多(duo)次(ci)被教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)部关(guan)工(gong)(gong)委(wei)(wei)表(biao)彰(zhang)为(wei)(wei)全国(guo)先进(jin)集体(ti)。我(wo)(wo)们(men)已经把这项活动(dong)(dong)(dong)作(zuo)为(wei)(wei)我(wo)(wo)市(shi)(shi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)系(xi)统关(guan)工(gong)(gong)委(wei)(wei)的(de)(de)一(yi)个(ge)品牌项目在(zai)(zai)做,争取越作(zuo)越好(hao)。
四、努力办好家长学校,推动家庭教育工作。
家(jia)(jia)庭教育(yu)一(yi)直是教育(yu)关工委工作的一(yi)个(ge)重点。我们通过调查研究,坚持因地(di)制宜,创新办学路子,采取多种形式推进家(jia)(jia)庭教育(yu)工作健康发展。
一是举(ju)办大型家(jia)庭(ting)(ting)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)报(bao)告会(hui)(hui)(hui)和(he)(he)家(jia)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)知识讲(jiang)座。2012年10月(yue)27日(ri)(ri),聘请(qing)全(quan)国(guo)(guo)知名家(jia)庭(ting)(ting)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)专(zhuan)家(jia)许建国(guo)(guo),在(zai)果城(cheng)会(hui)(hui)(hui)堂给(ji)一千多名教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)(shi)和(he)(he)家(jia)长(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)作了一场非常精彩的(de)学(xue)术报(bao)告。2015年12月(yue)26日(ri)(ri)、27日(ri)(ri),又(you)请(qing)了中(zhong)国(guo)(guo)人才研究会(hui)(hui)(hui)的(de)全(quan)国(guo)(guo)知名家(jia)庭(ting)(ting)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)专(zhuan)家(jia)金(jin)子谦教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)授在(zai)南(nan)充大剧(ju)院和(he)(he)仪陇县(xian)给(ji)一千多名教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)(shi)和(he)(he)家(jia)长(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)作了深刻(ke)又(you)生动的(de)家(jia)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)知识讲(jiang)座,并(bing)购买家(jia)庭(ting)(ting)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)书(shu)籍300多本送给(ji)听课家(jia)长(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)。市(shi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)体局(ju)长(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)郭宗海专(zhuan)门(men)到会(hui)(hui)(hui)讲(jiang)话并(bing)和(he)(he)与会(hui)(hui)(hui)者分享自己在(zai)家(jia)庭(ting)(ting)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)方(fang)面的(de)理解和(he)(he)感(gan)受,深受家(jia)长(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)学(xue)校教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)(shi)和(he)(he)学(xue)生家(jia)长(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)的(de)欢(huan)迎(ying)。南(nan)充电视台(tai)专(zhuan)门(men)对此作了宣传报(bao)道。
二(er)是开(kai)展家庭(ting)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)科学(xue)研究和论文(wen)(wen)评选活动。2012年,全市进行(xing)了(le)(le)首届家庭(ting)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)论文(wen)(wen)评选,共收到论文(wen)(wen)140篇,有100篇获(huo)奖,我们(men)将(jiang)获(huo)奖论文(wen)(wen)汇(hui)编成(cheng)书发(fa)到了(le)(le)各个家长学(xue)校(xiao);2015年,我们(men)又(you)对已(yi)经研究了(le)(le)三年的(de)市级家校(xiao)共育(yu)的(de)家长学(xue)校(xiao)的(de)科研课(ke)题进行(xing)了(le)(le)结(jie)题和评审,共有81个课(ke)题获(huo)得市教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)体局的(de)奖励。
三是(shi)培养“双师(shi)”型教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)师(shi),提高家(jia)长学(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)水平(ping)。针对很多(duo)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)不太适应(ying)(ying)家(jia)长学(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)的(de)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)学(xue)工作的(de)问题,我(wo)们(men)明确提出在(zai)(zai)(zai)职教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)应(ying)(ying)是(shi)“双师(shi)”型,既(ji)要会(hui)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)学(xue)生又要会(hui)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)家(jia)长,为此,我(wo)们(men)开展(zhan)了(le)一系列(lie)活动(dong),旨在(zai)(zai)(zai)培训家(jia)长学(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)的(de)授课教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)。2013年(nian),我(wo)们(men)在(zai)(zai)(zai)全市(shi)开展(zhan)了(le)家(jia)长学(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)优秀教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)案评选(xuan),共(gong)有238篇获市(shi)级奖。并且(qie)在(zai)(zai)(zai)全市(shi)广泛开展(zhan)家(jia)长学(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)学(xue)技能(neng)大赛(sai)(sai),通过(guo)层(ceng)(ceng)层(ceng)(ceng)竞赛(sai)(sai),最后推选(xuan)到市(shi)上参(can)加决赛(sai)(sai)。2013年(nian)—2014年(nian),我(wo)们(men)已(yi)成(cheng)功地举办了(le)全市(shi)的(de)幼儿园和小(xiao)学(xue)三个(ge)年(nian)段家(jia)长学(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)的(de)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)学(xue)技能(neng)竞赛(sai)(sai)活动(dong)。初中教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)的(de)竞赛(sai)(sai)活动(dong)将在(zai)(zai)(zai)2016年(nian)进行。
四是(shi)组(zu)织编(bian)写教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)材,解(jie)决(jue)家(jia)长(zhang)(zhang)学校急需。2011年(nian)(nian)(nian)下半年(nian)(nian)(nian),根(gen)据(ju)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)部关(guan)(guan)工(gong)委(wei)的(de)安排(pai),受省教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)厅关(guan)(guan)工(gong)委(wei)的(de)委(wei)托,市教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)局关(guan)(guan)工(gong)委(wei)承担了(le)牵头编(bian)写《家(jia)庭教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)》6本教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)材的(de)任(ren)务。文稿经(jing)中国(guo)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)科(ke)学研究院专家(jia)审订后由(you)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)科(ke)学出版社正式出版,在全(quan)国(guo)发行。这几年(nian)(nian)(nian)我(wo)市各地家(jia)长(zhang)(zhang)学校普通使用,效果良好。
五(wu)是成立家(jia)(jia)庭教(jiao)育指导中心,开(kai)展(zhan)对(dui)家(jia)(jia)长学(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)的(de)指导工作。,市教(jiao)体(ti)局关工委一建立,就把(ba)办好家(jia)(jia)长学(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)作为重(zhong)点(dian)工作来(lai)抓(zhua)(zhua)。2010年(nian),我(wo)(wo)市又率(lv)先成立了(le)南充市教(jiao)育系(xi)统家(jia)(jia)庭教(jiao)育指导中心,指导全市教(jiao)育系(xi)统家(jia)(jia)庭教(jiao)育和家(jia)(jia)长学(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)的(de)教(jiao)育教(jiao)学(xue)(xue)(xue)和科研以(yi)及常(chang)规管理等工作。10余(yu)年(nian)来(lai),我(wo)(wo)市家(jia)(jia)长学(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)的(de)发展(zhan)经历了(le)普遍开(kai)办,规范(fan)(fan)提高(gao),创新(xin)示(shi)(shi)范(fan)(fan)三个(ge)(ge)阶段,主要(yao)狠抓(zhua)(zhua)了(le)“五(wu)个(ge)(ge)环(huan)节”。一是抓(zhua)(zhua)方向,引导功(gong)能(neng)转变(bian);二是抓(zhua)(zhua)推广,促(cu)进学(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)发展(zhan);三是抓(zhua)(zhua)规范(fan)(fan),提高(gao)办学(xue)(xue)(xue)质量;四是抓(zhua)(zhua)保(bao)障,建立长效机制;五(wu)是抓(zhua)(zhua)提高(gao),创建示(shi)(shi)范(fan)(fan)家(jia)(jia)长学(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)。
目前,全(quan)市(shi)(shi)(shi)中小学(xue)(xue)都办起了家(jia)(jia)(jia)长(zhang)(zhang)学(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao),总(zong)数达(da)(da)830多(duo)所(suo)(suo),参(can)学(xue)(xue)家(jia)(jia)(jia)长(zhang)(zhang)达(da)(da)100多(duo)万(wan)人(ren)次。通过不断的(de)努力,现在我(wo)(wo)(wo)市(shi)(shi)(shi)有全(quan)国(guo)示(shi)范家(jia)(jia)(jia)长(zhang)(zhang)学(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)3所(suo)(suo),全(quan)省(sheng)示(shi)范家(jia)(jia)(jia)长(zhang)(zhang)学(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)11所(suo)(suo),全(quan)市(shi)(shi)(shi)示(shi)范家(jia)(jia)(jia)长(zhang)(zhang)学(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)128所(suo)(suo)。创建全(quan)国(guo)优(you)秀(xiu)(xiu)家(jia)(jia)(jia)长(zhang)(zhang)学(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)实验基(ji)地学(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)22所(suo)(suo)。营山(shan)县、南(nan)部县、顺庆(qing)区和(he)高坪区命名为全(quan)国(guo)首批家(jia)(jia)(jia)庭教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)试验区;南(nan)部县、西充县授予(yu)“创建全(quan)国(guo)优(you)秀(xiu)(xiu)家(jia)(jia)(jia)长(zhang)(zhang)学(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)示(shi)范区”。我(wo)(wo)(wo)市(shi)(shi)(shi)的(de)家(jia)(jia)(jia)庭教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)和(he)家(jia)(jia)(jia)长(zhang)(zhang)学(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)已经作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)为我(wo)(wo)(wo)市(shi)(shi)(shi)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)系(xi)统关(guan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)委一大品牌和(he)特(te)色,多(duo)次受到省(sheng)、市(shi)(shi)(shi)关(guan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)委的(de)表扬。2014年(nian)(nian)10月,我(wo)(wo)(wo)局关(guan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)委执行副主任(ren)吴(wu)志(zhi)伟(wei)同(tong)志(zhi)参(can)加了教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)部关(guan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)委协(xie)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)会海南(nan)片会,在会上(shang)代表四川(chuan)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)了大会发(fa)言,交流了我(wo)(wo)(wo)市(shi)(shi)(shi)家(jia)(jia)(jia)庭教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)和(he)家(jia)(jia)(jia)长(zhang)(zhang)学(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)办学(xue)(xue)经验;2015年(nian)(nian)12月下旬,我(wo)(wo)(wo)市(shi)(shi)(shi)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)局关(guan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)委顾问(wen)张明才同(tong)志(zhi)参(can)加了教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)部关(guan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)委在南(nan)京召(zhao)开的(de)家(jia)(jia)(jia)庭教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)研(yan)讨会,在会上(shang)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)了《关(guan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)委参(can)与家(jia)(jia)(jia)庭教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)、学(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)、社会教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)的(de)实践(jian)与思考》的(de)书面交流发(fa)言。2014年(nian)(nian)我(wo)(wo)(wo)局被(bei)省(sheng)妇联、省(sheng)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)厅、省(sheng)精神文明办表彰为家(jia)(jia)(jia)庭教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)先进集体。
五、充分发挥“三个作用”,开展多样关爱活动。
这些年来,我(wo)们充分(fen)(fen)发挥“三(san)个作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)用(yong)”做好留(liu)(liu)守儿(er)童(tong)(tong)(tong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)。即加强各级(ji)(ji)党政的(de)(de)领导作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)用(yong),是(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)的(de)(de)可靠保证;发挥关(guan)(guan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)委的(de)(de)配合(he)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)用(yong),是(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)的(de)(de)重要力(li)(li)量(liang);落实学校(xiao)的(de)(de)主体作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)用(yong),是(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)的(de)(de)坚实基础(chu)。关(guan)(guan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)委的(de)(de)配合(he)主要是(shi)专题调研,当好参谋;突出重点,提高“隔代教育(yu)(yu)”家长(zhang);抓住载体,结(jie)对(dui)帮扶。几年来,通过宣传(chuan)动(dong)(dong)员,全市教育(yu)(yu)系(xi)统各级(ji)(ji)关(guan)(guan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)委凝(ning)聚了(le)一大批“五老”爱(ai)心人(ren)(ren)士,不断地(di)关(guan)(guan)注(zhu)着特殊青少(shao)(shao)年儿(er)童(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)动(dong)(dong)态需(xu)求(qiu),在开展“三(san)助(zhu)两关(guan)(guan)爱(ai)”活动(dong)(dong)方面做了(le)大量(liang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),并力(li)(li)所能及、周而(er)复始地(di)为他(她)们的(de)(de)健康成长(zhang)提供帮助(zhu)和(he)支(zhi)撑,取得了(le)显(xian)著(zhu)成绩,受到了(le)教育(yu)(yu)部和(he)省(sheng)教育(yu)(yu)厅关(guan)(guan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)委的(de)(de)重视,对(dui)我(wo)市“留(liu)(liu)守儿(er)童(tong)(tong)(tong)”教育(yu)(yu)管理工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)予以肯定(ding)。2009年9月,教育(yu)(yu)部关(guan)(guan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)委在我(wo)市召开了(le)全国“部分(fen)(fen)省(sheng)(市)教育(yu)(yu)系(xi)统关(guan)(guan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)委关(guan)(guan)爱(ai)农村留(liu)(liu)守儿(er)童(tong)(tong)(tong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)座谈会”。教育(yu)(yu)部关(guan)(guan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)委主任(ren)田(tian)淑兰同(tong)志(zhi)到会并高度评(ping)价南充所做的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)具有开创性(xing)。现在全市留(liu)(liu)守儿(er)童(tong)(tong)(tong)之家180多(duo)个,15000多(duo)名“五老”志(zhi)愿者本着“就地(di)就近,双方自愿”原则结(jie)对(dui)帮扶留(liu)(liu)守学生和(he)“五失”青少(shao)(shao)年10余(yu)万人(ren)(ren),收到了(le)良(liang)好效果。
今后,我(wo)们将(jiang)继续以落实(shi)教育(yu)部(bu)党组20号文件为重点,围绕(rao)关(guan)工(gong)(gong)委(wei)(wei)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)方针,以创建(jian)“六好”关(guan)工(gong)(gong)委(wei)(wei)为抓手,加强(qiang)三大品(pin)牌建(jian)设,主动(dong)作(zuo)为,借(jie)势借(jie)力(li),创新思路,整合(he)力(li)量,进一(yi)步做(zuo)好全市教育(yu)系统关(guan)工(gong)(gong)委(wei)(wei)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)。

加强检查促落实 夯实基础强保障
——自贡市开展教育系统关工委“三有”落实情况专项检查
为促进市教(jiao)育局(ju)党组《关(guan)(guan)于(yu)进一步加(jia)强教(jiao)育系统(tong)关(guan)(guan)工(gong)委工(gong)作的(de)(de)意(yi)见(jian)》(自教(jiao)党组发〔2015〕18号)的(de)(de)贯彻落(luo)实,更好(hao)的(de)(de)为我市教(jiao)育系统(tong)关(guan)(guan)工(gong)委工(gong)作提(ti)供基(ji)本保(bao)障,今年5月,自贡市教(jiao)育局(ju)关(guan)(guan)工(gong)委采取(qu)“看、查、议”的(de)(de)方式,组织对(dui)区县教(jiao)育局(ju)、高新区社事局(ju)、市直(zhi)属(shu)学校关(guan)(guan)工(gong)委“有(you)人办事、有(you)地点办事、有(you)钱办事”(简(jian)称“三有(you)”)落(luo)实情况,进行(xing)了(le)一次专项检(jian)查。市关(guan)(guan)工(gong)委常务副(fu)主任倪文渊同志(zhi)参加(jia)了(le)市直(zhi)属(shu)学校的(de)(de)检(jian)查指导。

检查中发现的(de)问题:一是(shi)对教育部党组(2009)20号文件(jian)精神理解不够(gou),部分区县教育局没(mei)(mei)按(an)要求(qiu)设立关工(gong)(gong)委(wei)日(ri)常(chang)办(ban)(ban)事机构;二是(shi)个(ge)(ge)别县教育局和少数市直(zhi)属学校(xiao)没(mei)(mei)按(an)要求(qiu)明确设立关工(gong)(gong)委(wei)办(ban)(ban)公室,甚(shen)至个(ge)(ge)别学校(xiao)没(mei)(mei)有落实(shi)经(jing)(jing)办(ban)(ban)部门,具体工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)由分管(guan)领导经(jing)(jing)办(ban)(ban);三是(shi)个(ge)(ge)别市直(zhi)属学校(xiao)不够(gou)重视,没(mei)(mei)有为关工(gong)(gong)委(wei)提供经(jing)(jing)费,工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)难以开展。
针对检(jian)查中发(fa)(fa)现的(de)(de)(de)问题,市教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)局关(guan)(guan)工(gong)委(wei)(wei)(wei)执行主(zhu)(zhu)任(ren)李顺模同志提(ti)(ti)出了(le)以(yi)下(xia)改进(jin)(jin)要(yao)求(qiu):一是(shi)(shi)按照(zhao)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)部(bu)党组(2009)20号(hao)文(wen)件(jian)精神(shen),各(ge)区县教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)局应尽快设立关(guan)(guan)工(gong)委(wei)(wei)(wei)日(ri)常办(ban)事(shi)机(ji)构,形成以(yi)离退(tui)休(xiu)老同志为主(zhu)(zhu)体开(kai)(kai)展工(gong)作(zuo)的(de)(de)(de)格局;二(er)是(shi)(shi)要(yao)明确落实关(guan)(guan)工(gong)委(wei)(wei)(wei)“三(san)有(you)(you)”是(shi)(shi)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)部(bu)门和学(xue)(xue)校(xiao)的(de)(de)(de)责任(ren),要(yao)由所在单(dan)位(wei)提(ti)(ti)供保障,尤(you)其(qi)是(shi)(shi)经费保障;三(san)是(shi)(shi)没有(you)(you)建(jian)立健(jian)全关(guan)(guan)工(gong)委(wei)(wei)(wei)工(gong)作(zuo)制度的(de)(de)(de)单(dan)位(wei),要(yao)尽快完善(shan),做到(dao)(dao)有(you)(you)序有(you)(you)效开(kai)(kai)展工(gong)作(zuo);四是(shi)(shi)各(ge)级(ji)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)关(guan)(guan)工(gong)委(wei)(wei)(wei)要(yao)主(zhu)(zhu)动作(zuo)为,克服“不知道关(guan)(guan)工(gong)委(wei)(wei)(wei)做什么、怎(zen)么做”的(de)(de)(de)畏难情绪,积极配合本部(bu)门、本学(xue)(xue)校(xiao)创造(zao)性地开(kai)(kai)展工(gong)作(zuo);五(wu)是(shi)(shi)各(ge)单(dan)位(wei)要(yao)认真开(kai)(kai)展“六好”基层(ceng)关(guan)(guan)工(gong)委(wei)(wei)(wei)建(jian)设活(huo)动,市教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)局关(guan)(guan)工(gong)委(wei)(wei)(wei)将在下(xia)半(ban)年适时按照(zhao)验收标准进(jin)(jin)行评估验收。市关(guan)(guan)工(gong)委(wei)(wei)(wei)常务副主(zhu)(zhu)任(ren)倪文(wen)渊同志在参加市直(zhi)属(shu)学(xue)(xue)校(xiao)检(jian)查时,提(ti)(ti)出了(le)以(yi)下(xia)要(yao)求(qiu):一是(shi)(shi)要(yao)充(chong)分认识关(guan)(guan)工(gong)委(wei)(wei)(wei)是(shi)(shi)党和政府(fu)关(guan)(guan)心(xin)下(xia)一代(dai)的(de)(de)(de)桥(qiao)梁和纽带,地位(wei)和作(zuo)用十分重(zhong)要(yao),把关(guan)(guan)工(gong)委(wei)(wei)(wei)工(gong)作(zuo)纳入学(xue)(xue)校(xiao)的(de)(de)(de)重(zhong)要(yao)议事(shi)议程(cheng);二(er)是(shi)(shi)要(yao)进(jin)(jin)一步动员、组织(zhi)“五(wu)老”特别是(shi)(shi)退(tui)休(xiu)老教(jiao)师参加关(guan)(guan)心(xin)下(xia)一代(dai)工(gong)作(zuo),充(chong)分发(fa)(fa)挥(hui)“五(wu)老”队伍的(de)(de)(de)作(zuo)用;三(san)是(shi)(shi)要(yao)进(jin)(jin)一步加强(qiang)对青少年的(de)(de)(de)关(guan)(guan)爱、教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)、帮(bang)扶(fu)工(gong)作(zuo),做到(dao)(dao)帮(bang)扶(fu)到(dao)(dao)人,关(guan)(guan)爱到(dao)(dao)心(xin)。

让孩子(zi)学(xue)习(xi)成(cheng)(cheng)才(cai)(cai),是学(xue)校的(de)使命,更是家(jia)长(zhang)的(de)期盼。为(wei)了帮(bang)助家(jia)长(zhang)树立(li)科学(xue)的(de)家(jia)庭(ting)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)理念(nian),让他们掌握帮(bang)助孩子(zi)学(xue)习(xi)成(cheng)(cheng)才(cai)(cai)的(de)正确方法,中(zhong)(zhong)国家(jia)长(zhang)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)研(yan)究(jiu)所(suo)全国巡回报告(gao)团在(zai)四川省各级教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)行政(zheng)部门和关工(gong)委的(de)大(da)力支持下(xia),六年(nian)来,在(zai)部分学(xue)校开展了以“让孩子(zi)学(xue)习(xi)成(cheng)(cheng)才(cai)(cai)”和“做现代父母、育(yu)杰出人才(cai)(cai)”两大(da)主(zhu)题的(de)公益讲(jiang)座(zuo)。从2010年(nian)在(zai)四川省开展家(jia)长(zhang)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)公益讲(jiang)座(zuo)工(gong)作以来,先(xian)后在(zai)成(cheng)(cheng)都、资阳(yang)、遂宁、宜宾(bin)、内江、自贡、达州(zhou)、广元、乐山、雅安(an)、绵阳(yang)、泸州(zhou)、巴中(zhong)(zhong)等(deng)地共开展2293场公益讲(jiang)座(zuo),128万(wan)多家(jia)长(zhang)受益。
一、各地教育部门领导重视,工作落实。
对此项工(gong)(gong)作(zuo),四川(chuan)省(sheng)教育(yu)(yu)厅关(guan)工(gong)(gong)委(wei)高(gao)度重视,积极支(zhi)持(chi)。2012年(nian)省(sheng)教育(yu)(yu)厅关(guan)工(gong)(gong)委(wei)下(xia)发推(tui)(tui)荐(jian)函以后(hou),广元市(shi)、达州市(shi)等地率先(xian)积极响应,贯彻落(luo)实(shi)(shi)(shi)推(tui)(tui)荐(jian)函精神,各(ge)地精心布(bu)置落(luo)实(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)。特别是(shi)达州市(shi)通(tong)(tong)川(chuan)区教育(yu)(yu)局(ju),为了把本次家(jia)庭(ting)教育(yu)(yu)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)落(luo)到实(shi)(shi)(shi)处,区局(ju)分管(guan)领导和各(ge)开(kai)课学(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)一(yi)(yi)(yi)一(yi)(yi)(yi)进行(xing)沟通(tong)(tong),要求把工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)做实(shi)(shi)(shi)做细,力求让更多的家(jia)长受益(yi),为学(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)老(lao)师减压,为家(jia)长解惑。广元市(shi)教育(yu)(yu)局(ju)关(guan)工(gong)(gong)委(wei)分管(guan)领导对市(shi)直属学(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)也是(shi)一(yi)(yi)(yi)一(yi)(yi)(yi)落(luo)实(shi)(shi)(shi),他们希望借(jie)此机(ji)会,让家(jia)长好好学(xue)(xue)(xue)习(xi)先(xian)进的家(jia)庭(ting)教育(yu)(yu)理念和科学(xue)(xue)(xue)的家(jia)庭(ting)教育(yu)(yu)方法。
2014年省教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)厅关(guan)工(gong)委(wei)再次下(xia)发推荐(jian)函后,成都市教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)系统关(guan)工(gong)委(wei)高(gao)度重视并积极响应,及(ji)时向各区(县)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)局关(guan)工(gong)委(wei)转发推荐(jian)函。2015年初成都市教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)局关(guan)工(gong)委(wei)又下(xia)发了(le)关(guan)于组织“做(zuo)现代父母、育(yu)(yu)(yu)杰出人才”家(jia)(jia)庭教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)公益讲(jiang)座的(de)通知(zhi)。新津县教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)局率先开展(zhan)家(jia)(jia)长(zhang)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)公益讲(jiang)座,并邀(yao)请(qing)中(zhong)国(guo)家(jia)(jia)长(zhang)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)研究所(suo)西部工(gong)作(zuo)站工(gong)作(zuo)人员参(can)会。金(jin)(jin)牛区教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)局也邀(yao)请(qing)中(zhong)国(guo)家(jia)(jia)长(zhang)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)研究所(suo)全国(guo)巡回报告(gao)团在(zai)金(jin)(jin)泉小(xiao)学开展(zhan)家(jia)(jia)庭教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)公益讲(jiang)座,拉开全区工(gong)作(zuo)序幕(mu)。
二、家长教育公益讲座活动反响强烈,效果明显。
家长教育(yu)公益讲座活动得到了(le)各(ge)地各(ge)级相关(guan)教育(yu)行政部(bu)门及(ji)学校和家长的(de)一致(zhi)好评,各(ge)地涌现出许(xu)多感人事(shi)迹,收到了(le)良好效果。
成(cheng)(cheng)都(dou)市青羊区教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)局于2012年9月6日针对全区学(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)德育(yu)(yu)领导开展公开课后,在反馈意见表中(zhong)讲到:韩老师的(de)(de)讲座(zuo)(zuo)结合(he)(he)实际生活教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)中(zhong)常见的(de)(de)孩(hai)子(zi)(zi)成(cheng)(cheng)长(zhang)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)问题(ti),遵循儿童发展的(de)(de)规律,从(cong)(cong)专业(ye)的(de)(de)角度剖(pou)析了孩(hai)子(zi)(zi)学(xue)(xue)习(xi)问题(ti)的(de)(de)深层次原因,从(cong)(cong)幼儿园到小学(xue)(xue)、中(zhong)学(xue)(xue),从(cong)(cong)孩(hai)子(zi)(zi)的(de)(de)学(xue)(xue)习(xi)习(xi)惯到学(xue)(xue)习(xi)生涯的(de)(de)心理准备,从(cong)(cong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)点滴到方式方法的(de)(de)呈现,让与(yu)(yu)会学(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)的(de)(de)分(fen)管校(xiao)(xiao)长(zhang)、主(zhu)任和(he)(he)老师们更加明确(que)家(jia)庭教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)重要(yao)性,明确(que)只有家(jia)校(xiao)(xiao)合(he)(he)一、家(jia)校(xiao)(xiao)共育(yu)(yu),才(cai)能培养出具有良好(hao)(hao)道德品(pin)质(zhi)、良好(hao)(hao)行(xing)为习(xi)惯的(de)(de)优秀学(xue)(xue)生。韩老师的(de)(de)讲座(zuo)(zuo)充满智慧和(he)(he)激情(qing),注(zhu)重与(yu)(yu)家(jia)长(zhang)的(de)(de)互动,让全体与(yu)(yu)会者真正融入到对孩(hai)子(zi)(zi)的(de)(de)优质(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)活动中(zhong),让大家(jia)受(shou)益匪浅。

六年来,各级领(ling)导,各地学校相(xiang)关负责人为了讲座的顺(shun)利开展(zhan),付出(chu)了大量的努力,广大老师及(ji)家长的热(re)烈(lie)反响让(rang)我们深受感动。
家长教(jiao)(jiao)育公益讲(jiang)(jiang)座活(huo)动的(de)开展,感(gan)动了(le)广大家长,讲(jiang)(jiang)师本身(shen)也(ye)(ye)在讲(jiang)(jiang)课中(zhong)被(bei)受(shou)感(gan)动,同(tong)时也(ye)(ye)激发了(le)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)人员的(de)使命感(gan),责(ze)任感(gan)。虽然这个工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)每天(tian)早出晚归,从(cong)讲(jiang)(jiang)师到工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)人员,都十分(fen)(fen)辛苦,但我们认为十分(fen)(fen)值得。家长教(jiao)(jiao)育事关个人和(he)家庭的(de)命运,也(ye)(ye)事关国民素质的(de)提(ti)高,意义(yi)深远,责(ze)任重大。今后仍将(jiang)不(bu)(bu)断(duan)总结经(jing)验,改正我们工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)的(de)不(bu)(bu)足之处,不(bu)(bu)断(duan)进步,努(nu)力做好服务(wu)协调工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)。
